New sod, artificial turf, topsoil and mulch. We prep the ground properly so the lawn actually takes.
A new lawn or freshly mulched beds make the whole house look different from the street. We strip the old lawn if needed, bring in topsoil, level it, and lay the sod. Or turf, if you'd rather never mow again.
Mulch keeps the weeds down and the moisture in over a dry August. We deliver it and spread it.

FAQ
When's the best time to lay sod?
Spring and early fall. It's cool and wet enough that it roots without daily watering. Summer works too if you can keep up with watering.
How long until I can walk on it?
Stay off it for about two weeks and water it the way we show you. After that it's a lawn.
Real grass or turf?
Grass is cheaper up front and feels better. Turf wins for shade, dogs and people who don't want to mow. We'll give you numbers for both.
